CORE BEING HEALS UNHEALTHY DEFENSES
WHO AM I ENERGETICALLY in Defense, Trauma, and Core Being?

Note: Explore how to master the ability to love your low vibrational parts from the high vibrational consciousness of Core Being

    • WEEKEND THEME
      My Transformational Trauma Coaching Certification is an integrative approach to support your spiritual brilliance in a manner so you incarnate your best self into human form. In this work, you learn to integrate all three-systems (mind, energy and body) together to access wholeness! You all are whole, you just don’t always interact from that deep connection within yourself. You sometimes get lost in defense, old programming, ego, false self and emotional pain. TLC can help you return home, to the bliss of who you really are and not what your false self thinks you are. (Focus on understanding Steps 1-3 and Stages of Consciousness 1-3).The theme of this class is to differentiate between Programmed Personality and Core Being and to create detachment. This is when you also experience:

“Who am I energetically when in defense and wounding and how do I differentiate from that LVC energy ALL DAY LONG?” The intention line is skill 2, detachment that helps you differentiate and individualize from your negative programmed personality.

The goal is to help you develop strong HVC energetic muscles so you can assess when in defense and when you are not in defense. You are also beginning to understand the 5 Character Structures and the negative defenses that keep you from Core Being. As your skills increase, you develop strong HVC energetic weight lifting muscles such as the Intention line, Core Being, Enlightened Observer, and the Explorer’s Mind Skill. In this class, you are introduced to the following interventions: Centered Oneness, Multi-Dimentational Fabric of Interconnectedness, and Golden Shadow. These interventions are to help you foster stronger energetic weightlifting skills.

 

 

  • SECRET CODE FORMULA AND STAGES TO MASTER
    As you are the CEO of our own life and creations, you then can commit to moving through the Secret Code Formula (5 Steps/Skills/Laws and 3-Rings). This class work on Steps/Skills 1, 2 and begin to understand step 3 and stages 1-3.
  • STUDENT SKILLS/OUTCOMES
    • Ability to be in the intention line enough to detach/differentiate/individualize and bring in strong HVC weight lifting skills.

    • Safety Net Resourcing Meditation Intervention. We don’t create safety for the ego for we are to dissolve it. We don’t ask our child consciousness to be safe, instead we comfort, love and parent it so it doesn’t feel it has to be in charge. Safety is when you are self-identified as Core Being. This is Secure Attachment and is defined as your ability to self-regulate and self-identify as Core Being.

Competencies for Class 2

Ability to be in the intention line often enough to detach/differentiate/individualize your sense of self from your ego, false self and negative emotions/dysregulation. Instead you can begin to experience these from the quantum reality as opposed to the Newtonian Reality where they are solid and fixed.

Ability to cultivate strong HVC energetic weight lifting skills.

Ability to own your triggers as negative defenses and move out of them and not push them upon another. You must also be able to label the three rings and begin to feel them as an emotion and sensation of energy in the body

Ability to do the interventions taught this week and last class:

Use this intervention to help yourself and/or your client self-identify as their Core Being and differentiate from the human aspects that vibrate at a lower level of consciousness that can hold their trauma, false self, negative programming and attachment system’s young reactivity.

 

In essence, our journey here on earth is to learn how to self-identify as our spiritual wholeness (I call it the Core Being) so we can help our human raise his or her vibration back to the level of our Core Being.

 

Ideally, before you teach this intervention, you should have already taught them how to connect to Core Being and their Intention Line.  And, it is very powerful to combine the “This is me, this is not me” intervention with teaching them the Core Being and Intention Line!

 

Table version

 

Step 1:

Do the balancing sequence of awakening Core Being. During this, notice where your client is resonating HVC and where they are holding LVC.

 

Step 2:

Ask your client to feel the emotion and sensation of their Core Being as the yin version of their wholeness…invite them to feel it in their mind and body as you resonate with your hands where there is HVC.   Repeat this multiple times depending upon how they are resourced. Then ask them to also feel the energy of the intention line in their mind (power) and body as the yang verion of their wholeness. Repeat this multiple times depending upon how they are resourced.

 

Step 3:

Now place your hand on LVC, if they are at least Stage 4, ask them to notice where the LVC of their ego/false self/negative programming/core distortion is located. Ask them to say this is not me, this is my human that I am here to heal.

 

Step 4:

Now, if they are at least stage 4, invite them to feel the emotion and sensation of the LVC from their enlightened observer.  Don’t ask them to linger there, just feel it and move on. If during this process the LVC transforms to HVC, help the client notice this transformation process.

 

If they are not at least Stage 4, then just ask them to feel the sensation of the LVC and invite them to identify in the mind (if it is not too difficult) what the LVC might be. For intance, do they imaging it sad, mad, hopeless, grief…? If during this process the LVC transforms to HVC, help the client notice this transformation process.

 

 

Step 5:

With your hands moving through the body, mark the specific areas that have HVC and LVC.  Invite them to scan with you through the body a few more times (as needed) and have them simply label, “this is me for the HVC, this is not me for the LVC!” If while doing this, the LVC transforms to HVC and/or the HVC gets stronger, help the client notice this has happened.

 

Step 6:  As homework, invite them to practice this on their own. Also, if any of the LVC transformed to HVC, discuss with your client why that may happen.  Help them understand the transformation process.

 

 

 

Ideally, before you teach this intervention, you should have already taught them how to connect to Core Being and their Intention Line. If you haven’t already, invite them to practice feeling Core Being and the Intention Line as their positive yin/yang wholeness.

Step 1:

 

Help your client expand their field and connect to their body.  You can guide them through the Body Connecting Sequence and then have them connect to their Intention Line and Core Being.  As you help them do this, notice where your client is resonating HVC and where they are holding LVC.

 

 

 

Step 2:

 

Depending upon your client’s skills and where they are in the 10 Stages, ask them to feel the emotion and sensation of their Core Being in their mind and body.   For instance, where the HVC is located, ask your client to feel it, and self-identify as the HVC and if they can feel both the emotion and sensation of the HVC that is ideal.  If they cannot, help them at least feel the sensation of it – tingles and flows.

 

 

Repeat this multiple times depending upon how they are resourced.

 

Step 3:

 

As they scan through the body again, if they are at least Stage 4, ask them to notice where the LVC of their ego/false self/negative programming/core distortion is located.  Invite them to feel the emotion and sensation of the LVC from their enlightened observer.  Don’t ask them to linger there, just feel it and move on. As they do this, ask them to say this is  not me – it is my human. This negative LVC emotion/sensation is whom I am here to heal.

 

Often times, simply feeling a negative emotion from the inner knowing it is the false self, the LVC can transform back to HVC. If this happens, support the client in recognizing this fact as it will help other areas holding LVC to transform as well.

 

If they are not at least Stage 4, then just ask them to feel the sensation of the LVC and invite them to identify in the mind (if it is not too difficult) what the LVC might be. For instance, do they imaging it sad, mad, hopeless, grief…?

 

Don’t ask them to linger there, just feel it and move on. As they do this, ask them to say this is  not me – it is my human. This negative LVC emotion/sensation is whom I am here to heal. If the LVC transforms to HVC, help them recognize it.

Scan through the body a few more times (from the top of the head downward as is outlined in the Body Connecting Sequence) and have them simply label, “this is me, this is not me!”  Again, if during this process more LVC transforms and/or if the HVC gets much stronger, invite your client to notice this.

 

 

Step 5:

As homework, invite them to practice this on their own. Also, if any of the LVC transformed to HVC, discuss with your client why that may happen.  Help them understand the transformation process.

CENTERED ONENESS/Multi-DIMENSIONAL FABRIC/STAR CHILD ENERGIES

This is an excellent hands-on energy healing positive resource intervention to help yourself or clients. It connects a person to the Centered Oneness of all dimensions. The higher self sometimes even reincarnates at deeper levels through this technique.

For instance, if we are all one then we can tap into that energy to help raise our vibration, and raise our consciousness. So if the oneness of all is a symphony of notes, then lets tap into that symphony energetically so we can foster peace and harmony.

After we tap into the centered oneness frequency, then you expand outward to the multi-dimensional fabric of interconnectedness. It is the frequency of all the galaxies of all the worlds. See picture below. It looks like the aurora borealis when I see it come down into the client.

When the energy comes in, it looks like ribbons of rainbow flows – again, just like the Aurora Borealis/Northern Lights.

Lastly, as we are expanded to these higher frequencies, often the wisdom of the Star Child Energies come in to support us. Often when they come in, they look like golden computer chips that hold the lessons you or your cleint learned when he/she lived on other planets.

It can be done both through touch and non-touch techniques. If non-touch, the client first guides the centered oneness energy into his or herself with the thumb and index fingers. She rests it on opposite sides of his/her own bellybutton.

CENTERED ONENESS

Step one—using intention, connect the cord to the Centered Oneness of all at the bellybutton. Your thumb and index fingers rest on opposite sides of the bellybutton.

Step two—using intention, presence, deep contact with the Centered Oneness — invite the client to receive the Centered Oneness of all through the belly button in terms of sensations in the body. Allow the energy to first fill the whole belly. It will then expand to fill both up and down the body.

Once the flow subsides, slowly disconnect and let the client continue doing this without our help. (This is a good preparation for the Multi-Dimensional Fabric Alignment Healing and before the Star Child Healing.)

MULTI-DIMENSIONAL FABRIC ALIGNMENT HEALING

The depth of this healing is dependent upon:
(1) to what extent the Transformational Life Skills (TLS) practitioner can connect to these dimensions and
(2) to what extent the client can open to receive that connection.

Practitioners begin by first connecting to themselves and then outwardly expanding their field multi-dimensionally. He/She returns to the place of expanded oneness with the world and then expands further to encompass worlds/planets and universes. Feel, see, imagine and experience it!

Now imagine rainbow ribbons flowing through that oneness. (Pastels, primary colors, opal essence, gold, silver.) The ribbon-like energy shines. It is strong and about 6 inches wide. Let the colors come in and flow from head to foot down the client’s body.

(1) Torso-head then back to perineum.
(2) Then arm/leg on the left side of the body.
(3) Then arm/leg on the right side of the body—let the ribbons flow on their own. Watch to see which color comes next. If no color comes, imagine rose red flowing. Then, wait to see if another color flows. If it doesn’t, then move through the pastel colors one at a time, pausing between in case the next color wants an opportunity to come without us directing it.

Feel the universes and worlds flowing and connected. Imagine the consciousness they bring. Let our consciousness resonate at that level. Breathe, bask, breathe. Let our own imagination and creativity ignite the process.

    • Then put your mind/awareness into the client’s field. One hand is placed by her hip, closest to you. The other hand is resting on her arm closest to you. Allow this vibration to resonate from the anchor in your field to your client’s. It can also anchor and resonate from the field in the room directly into the client.
    • Using your mind, hands, and whole field, deepen our connection to the client. Observe where the energy is transmitted from us to the client.
    • Move hands and mind/awareness to areas where the transmission is least. Then gently transmit more deeply.
    • Continue moving hands/awareness to areas of least transmission until the energy is balanced equally throughout the client’s field. Usually it takes two or three movements before the field becomes saturated and won’t receive a deeper shift (about 15-20 minutes).
    • Then you move into the Star Child Healing.

STAR CHILD
After the Multi-Dimensional Fabric Alignment preparation, the field tends to be very open to receive this healing.

Expand your field to connect to the stars. The energy that comes in looks like computer chips made of stardust. It contains the knowledge the client needs to fulfill their life task. If a client has never had or has had only a few incarnations on other planets and stars, only a few chips may enter. If they have had many, you may sense the whole belly cavity fill with the knowledge of the stars!

    • Then you complete the Multidimensional Healing.
    • You sense the client’s field has shifted as much as it will, place one hand on the hip and one hand on the client’s arm nearest you. Using breath and awareness, raise your vibration to the Universal Fabric and allow the celestial blanket to descend and gently anchor in as it naturally covers the client’s body. Take time to anchor it in! Carefully place your hands on hips, waist, chest, shoulder and anywhere else it needs help anchoring in. Let it vibrate and raise the vibration of the client. I recommend the client remain on the table 3-5 minutes once the process has finished so it can fully integrate.
