CLASS 4 -AGENDA
ENLIGHTENED OBSERVER/ENERGY SENSING
TO
MANIFEST POSITIVE CREATIONS!

“As we awaken, we discover how to let go of our false self and live from Core Being. To do this we use our Enlightened Observer (EO). It becomes the good enough mom and the unconditional love and acceptance we have always wanted. It can be our external secure attachment, when we are in need. And, as we open to let it in, it helps us re-connect to our true Core Being essence!”

    • WEEKEND THEME
“I was born to make mistakes, not to fake perfection.” ~DrakeAs you let the EO become the inner healer to your inner child, you truly embrace the skill of self-love. Without this, transformation is not possible!
  • SECRET CODE FORMULA AND 10 STAGES TO MASTER
As you are the CEO of our own life and creations, you then can commit to moving through the Secret Code Formula (5 Steps/Skills/Laws and 3-Rings). In this class, focus on bringing the Enlightened Observer in as a sensation and emotion in the body. Track when it has enough HVC to transform. Also begin to track the vibrational frequency of the energy in your mind as you bring your mind into the body. Feel how you can regulate the frequency of your mind to a higher vibration to facilitate transformation of pain to power. For instance, does the mind’s vibrational energy support transformation or does the mind merge with the LVC energy of the pain and become it, even spread it?Expand your ability to master Stage 4 (Holding Two Paces at Once).
  • STUDENT SKILLS/OUTCOMES

  3. Practice all day long the “Art of Self Mastery” and the Secret Code 5-Step Mindfulness process and moving through the 3-Rings of Healing. For instance, (1) notice when in defense (2) what is your defense (3) regulate your field (auric, intention line, core being) and (4) feel the emotional pain to move through the 3-Rings, and out of the personality level to return to effortless intention and Core Being.  I find the difference between students that get closer to self-mastery is directly related to who practices this within themselves and who integrates it into their daily routine.  Write-up a short summary of how this experience was for you.  Do you plan to integrate it into your moment -to-moment daily practice?  Explain yes or no.
  4. Keep working on completing the Recommended Reading list.  Also, if you don’t have a degree in the mental health field, continue to complete the reading on Abnormal Psychology.
  5. Practice the Neurological Upgrade Intervention and use the homework write up form.
  6. Which PRINCIPLES speak to you most and which do you feel will be most challenging?  Explain. Memorize the Principles.
  7. Explore your anger and anxiety challenges then write up a short summary of
  • What keeps you out of any anger or stuck looping in it?
  •       People tend to be better at sadness or anger. Whichever emotion you can easily feel, you will need to learn how to feel the other. Explain which emotion is easier for you to feel and how you can support yourself to feel the other.
  • What consciousness keeps you in anxiety? What pain to you have to feel and transform to get out of it.

NERVOUS SYSTEM UPGRADE

This Intervention can be done on others or on yourself. It can be done through both touch and non-touch techniques. Non-touch techniques work because it is intention, breath and awareness that moves energy. Your hands only support the movement of the energy guided by your intention, deep connection with the client as well as a deep anchor into your own Core Being.

You can awaken energetic healing in someone else without touching them simply by placing your awareness into their field and using breath, intention, surrender and awareness.

The Nervous System Upgrade is done when your own Nervous System (or your client’s) becomes overactive and needs to be calmed and balanced.

POWERFUL INTERVENTION OF DEEP HEALING

Do not underestimate the power of this positive resourcing Intervention.

Personally, I found it very important after I had a near collision with my car. It was a typical Colorado winter; the roads were covered with ice and snow. Everyone was skidding and sliding like a slow-motion car ballet. It would have been beautiful if it weren’t so terrifying, watching cars slide and smash into each other. When I arrived to teach, I was shaking. Franny, my student teacher, suggested that during the opening meditation I do a Nervous System Upgrade on myself so I was able to rebalance. Apparently, she had used it right after she had had an accident and it worked beautifully. Within five minutes of following this procedure, I was whole again and ready to lead class. Many of my clients have proclaimed its merits as well. Its effectiveness depends upon a person’s ability to receive it and how strong their intention is to heal. It is helpful to have someone else work it on us so you don’t always have to do it on yourself.

Balance and awaken your energy field to the level of Core Being. If working on a client, do the basic hands-on awakening sequence taught in Class 1.

For non‐touch, where it says use your hands, you simple melt your breath and awareness into the body to move the energy of the new, more healed Nervous System.

    1. Energetically connect to the healed version of a Nervous System. To help myself do this, I imagine the first human nervous system (caveman version) that is grounded and aligned before the stresses of modern society jacked it up. After traveling around the world, I noticed that when I visited more indigenous societies, their nervous system reactivity was more balanced and down regulated. You want to invite in a healed version that holds tons of HVC!

You do this by using intention. (When I ask for the healed Nervous System to arrive, I use my open hand, held up ward to connect to the healed Nervous System. I can actually see it show up and feel it come into my hand.)

Feeling your Manifest Energy (intention line) aligned assists us in this process. Then, by feeling, seeing, and sensing the more healed nervous system, you energetically bring it into your or your client’s field using your Core Being, Surrender and Manifest Energy (Intention Line).

    1. See it, visualize it, feel it, intuit it, know it and sense it sinking through first the 7 levels of the field from the 7th1st; and then into the skin, organs, bone and muscle structure. Finally, drop it into the spinal column. (See illustration below.)
    2. Then, starting at the tailbone, energetically glue it into the cells and the spinal column, while placing one hand at the base of the spine and one hand on the second chakra.
    3. Notice where it feels it has melted into the spinal column. Integrate it into the energy field even more by placing one hand on the front of the body and one along the spine. Allow the energy from the hand by the spine to charge the spine, and the energy from the hand on the front to integrate it into the field and physical body. Just as porcelain fills a mold, allow the new nervous system to fill the mold left by the old. Because the new nervous system holds a higher frequency, it will dissolve, or melt, the energy of the old system.

Work up slowly from the sacrum toward the base of the neck. Move upward inch by inch. Then integrate and work it deep into the base of the skull and neck. Then work through the arms and legs (see picture.)

Lastly, imagine Core Being filling and wrapping around the new nervous system. Have it fill the spine, arms legs-every cell. Then expand Core Being front/back, top/bottom, and left/right.

TAKING OUT THE TRASH

Just as our house collects dust, our energy system collects energetic trash. Sometimes it is our own trash and sometimes it is trash we have picked up from someone else. We can also “volunteer” to help heal the pain of the Earth and take out its trash. Once I was processing deep grief and I knew it wasn’t my own. It moved from the Earth upward, was transformed in my belly area and then it moved back into the Earth. My supervisor and I watched amazed as I played conduit for transformation to help heal our Earth. Since then, I have seen others do the same.

We can assist ourselves and clients to identify when – for whatever reason — a session on “Taking out the Energetic Trash” is needed. Working cognitively on taking out the trash is usually counterproductive. All that is generally needed at the mind level is to label it trash.

This can be done either on or off the table:

    1. The Me-B guide and/or the client can identify where (energetically) the trash is being held, then
    2. have the client feel the sensations of it, and
    3. use any or all senses (visualization, taste, smell, intuition) to assist the trash in leaving the body.

Often the energy runs downward and out the bottoms of the feet/root chakra. Sometimes it will come out the back and the front of our body at the same time like steam comes off hot cement. Track, support its flow and release it. If it does not release, it may not be ready to release or there may be a negative intention preventing the flow outward. Be gentle and patient. I find most clients easily release the build up once they can name it as trash.

Step 1: Using the Body Connecting Sequence taught earlier – guide the client to feel sensations in the body starting at the top of the head and gently moving down. Ideally, ask them to focus on sensations. If they can’t feel sensations – get them up and do movement, jumping jacks – whatever can help them charge and expand their field so they are supported to feel body/energy sensations. If this still doesn’t work, then have them sense their body through the other senses such as visualization, taste, smell, intuition and direct knowing.

Step 2: As you guide them down the body, ask them to imagine, feel and surrender to let go of any dense energy or difficult emotion found there.

Step 3: Once you have guided the client down through the body, and the client has let the “negative” denser energy go into the earth – slowly guide the client back up and ask him to feel the good sensations of tingles and flows. Then have him self-identify the tingles and flows of HVC as their Core Being. If they can’t feel sensations still, then have them use their other senses such as visualization or direct knowing.
