5 Seeds Of Distortion Around Love
Attachment Challenges Create Your Reality – Heal them, Heal
yourself and help heal the world!
- THEME
Secure attachment happens when you self identify as Core Being. Heal your codependencies and the 5 seeds of distortion.- Can you give yourself love as you name, own, and claim the distortion of your imperfection so you see it as your programming and wounding and not who you really are? Self-love heals all attachment challenges. Love is most important when you are imperfect and have made a mistake…for this is when you need it most!
- Who is the one giving you love? That is right, is it your Core Being or your ego self? Transformation and self-love ideally must come from the frequency of Core Being and not ego.

TLC HOMEWORK
DUE THE MONDAY BEFORE CLASS 8
Print Name; Class Number and Date on the top of each page and number each page and use .doc word only with your name and class number as the file name
1. Read Chapter 20 on Trauma and answer the questions at the end of the chapter. (see below.) Do the boxes too and explore if/how they can support you in raising your consciousness. Write up a brief summary.
2. Practice the interventions taught this weekend then write them up using the required format.
3. What do you need to transform so you master Stage 7? What is the Core Distortion (attachment pattern and emotional pain) holding you back so home can be within? Stage 7 is when you feel alone, you no longer have to be lonely. Practice shifting this energy and write a brief summary of what transformed.
4. Do the betrayal bond test at this link:
https://www.recoveryzone.com/
5. Play music and do again the From Conception to crawling. Then briefly describe your experience and lessons learned. See below the write up.
From Conception to Crawling-the chapter on Whole Body Movement and Spatial Awareness
Integrated whole body movement is 3 dimensional. Bodies turn, limbs role, spines arch and flex. Primitive Reflexes are our safety mechanisms. They cause us to pull our hand away from a hot stove, and respond with our senses to different terrain and stimuli without thinking about it.
Prevertebrate patterns are great as simple renewal exercises after a long stress filled day. Wear comfortable loose clothing and have enough space around you so you can lie on the floor and roll without bumping into furniture. This is best done on a warm smooth floor so you can wiggle freely.
Begin by imagining that before you take physical form you start out as a vibrational force in the universe. Your Core Being shines brightly. Know it, feel it, be it! This vibration is your soul signature and continues to live in ever cell of your body as it develops. Awaken into your body. See if you can get the hum to resonate throughout your entire body. Scan your feet, thighs, limbs and chest (front back, top bottom, left right).
Develop an awareness of the sensations of the underlying patterns and vibrations. Cellular awareness comes next. Imagine how you now take a form as a single celled organism. Feel your cellular membrane and the fluids inside your cellular body.
The mitochondria inside the cell produce energy. Feel the support of cellular fluid and the life it brings. At this stage of development all activities are inside the cells. No brain, relax all thinking and return to the state of cellular consciousness.
Jellyfish: Imagine now that you want to move inside the uterus just as a jellyfish moves through water by condensing and expanding and condensing and expanding. Feel the pulsation through your whole body, organs and cells.
Starfish: From the simple movement you begin to develop limbs. Like a giant living starfish, feel the six limbs of your body develop. These are the hands, feel, face and head, pelvic floor and tail. Press your navel into the floor a few times. Sense this area as the mouth of the starfish, and that all information comes back to the navel. Now press one hand into the floor. Feel the line of energy that goes hand to navel and navel back to hand. If you cannot yet feel this, imagine the stream of energy. Energy is going from periphery to core, and back. Do this a number of times. Do this with your other hand, hand to navel and navel back to hand. Open up each limb in this manner. Add the head then through to the tail then the feet. Once all limbs are awakened, explore how impulses travel though your body. Go from your head through your navel to your tail. Can you start an impulse in your hand and have it sequence to and wiggle the fingers of your other hand, or move the muscles of your face and head? Can you start an impulse in your hand and have it wiggle the toes of your other foot? Foot to tail? Tail back to head? Play with all combinations and include going diagonally across the body, always passing through the navel. Explore now slithering around the ocean floor just like a starfish. If you bump into furniture use your limbs to give you information. Push your feet into the wall and explore. Reach with your toes, your tail and the top of your head. Push the top of your head gently into the couch or another starfish and see how much information you can discover thorough your head. Do the same with your tail. Allow all limbs to explore the environment equally. Bring this information from limb to navel, navel back to limb.
Sea Squirt Imagine yourself to be a giant sea squirt. You are one big digestive tube, mouth to anus. As a sea squirt, explore the ocean floor. Reach with your mouth. Reach, pull and take in. Smack your lips and awaken your cheeks. Feel the sensation of curiosity and desire. Find your hand with your mouth. Do not put your hand into your mouth; rather, find your hand through the curiosity and reach of your mouth. Make mouth sounds as you find the fat part of your hand and suck on it. Use your mouth and lips to explore your hands.
Suck with the roof of your mouth as your tongue touches your cheeks. Feel the subtle flexion and extension of the skull on the spine. Notice how your breathing deepens and your organs relax. As a giant sea squirt, feel yourself as one big digestive tube. You are relaxing, reaching, taking hold, exploring and digesting.
Now explore rolling. Let your thumb go and with a finger gently stroke the corner of your mouth out toward your jaw. As a sea squirt would reach toward the stimulus, and let that reach travel through your entire digestive tube. Keep reaching and notice that your mouth turns your esophagus, your stomach and intestines. Feel how your organs roll all the way from mouth to anus. Relax and feel the power of the organs moving through your body. Include the heart and lungs, the liver, gall bladder, spleen and pancreas. Include the kidneys and bladder and the sex organs. Feel how all the organs will roll based on the initiation of reaching with your mouth.
Now start the other end. Squeeze; release your anal sphincter to bring sensation to your anus. Scratch on your pants or imagine a stimulus and reach with your anus and tail towards the stimulus. Practice initiating rolling from mouth to anus.
Lancelet Amphioxus Notochord Once our digestive tube is developed, follow our evolution to the back of the body. The lancelet is a bridge between the gut in front and a nervous system begin and a notochord in the middle. The notochord is the primitive skeletal system. Feel the tube of the notochord that goes from head to tail. This is the embryonic tissue that later becomes the spine. Feel how this is the powerful awareness of pre-spine. Let yourself quiver and roll and flex. Impulses travel from head to tail and back.
Bones This is the first vertebral pattern. Lie still once again on your belly and fell the beginning of bones forming in your spine. Feel your limbs fill with bone out into your hands and feet. From your belly, gather your limbs under you by pulling in towards your navel using the support of starfish. Put yourself into a position where your head is on the floor and your buttocks is resting on your heels. Place your head on the floor so your buttocks will rise up off your heels and gently rock on your crown. Feel the yield into the floor through the head -gently push. Notice how this rocks the head on the spine. Push a bit more and release the energy all the way to the tail until you are sitting on your heels. Push with the head takes you tailward. Make sure the push travels through the belly of the spine through the center of the vertebral body and the vertebrae, not through the transverse or spinous processes. This means that your spine will have a full C curve and the opening of the C toward the floor. Practice this carefully, pausing when you lose the c curve. Practice until you can go head to tail, tail back to head in once smooth movement through the belly of the spine.
Pattern Support and Compensations Now practice and experiment these patterns through crawling to walking. Remember the intention is to awaken ourselves deeper into the healthy body movements through space that may or may not have developed when you moved from Core Being to one cell-through birth-to walking.

Chapter 20 Exercises
Prevent Secondary Trauma
Notice what happens to you when you empathize with another person. Does your field change? If so, how does it change? Especially look at what happens to the Heart Chakra. Design an Action Plan to adjust your field before, during, and after trauma sessions with clients so you don’t take on their trauma. in the action plan, address the following aspects:
(1) What happens to your field when you are working trauma issues with your clients?
(2) How do you do self-care to prevent secondary trauma?
(3) What containment procedure do you chose to use if your trauma becomes activated during a session?
(4) What is your method to release holding before, during, and after a Me-B session?
(5) Also note which character structures within you have the most difficulty releasing trauma and what support they need. \ necessary.
Trauma To Do List
The trauma to do list has been extremely helpful both when my own trauma has been activated, as well as when someone I’m in relationship with has trauma that has been activated. Understanding the power of procedural memory and that when trauma is activated, we don’t always have balanced function of our higher brain has been especially helpful in terms of depersonalizing other people’s negative responses toward me and reorganizing/re-patterning my own responses to trauma.
How is Trauma Controlling our Responses?
1 What is your typical programmed response? Do you lash out or collapse? Do you tend to be more in hyper or hypo-arousal?
2 How effective is your response, and what negative effects does your response have on those around you?
3 How does their negative response activate your negative beliefs and your false sense of self?
4 What is the trauma, core distortion, and/or negative beliefs feeding your procedural memory?
5 What could be a healthier way of responding that we could enlist?
Procedural Memory Overcome
Trauma choice points
1 Using the Explorer’s Mind, over the next few weeks, examine times when you respond to a situation by being too careful or not careful enough. Also notice how by over or under-reacting to a situation, you actually invite a negative experience.
2 Using this information, consider that you can eventually use your choice points to practice the R & R2 sequence – re-programming physiologically, release trauma from your cells and auric field, and replace with HVC.

COMPETENCIES CLASS 7
- Transforming the 5 seeds of distortion at deeper levels.
- Mastering the interventions taught this class.
RADICAL INTUITION
5 SEEDS OF DISTORTION AROUND LOVE INTERVENTION
5 Seeds of Distortion Intervention Chart
Seed 1: We attract what is familiar, even if it is unhealthy
Seed 2: We accept unhealthy behaviors as loving
Seed 3: What happens inside us when we are not loved?
Seed 4: Unhealthy programming of how we “act out” self-love
Seed 5: We can make unhealthy “choices” around showing love for others
STEP 1:
Ask the client to pick one of these 5 Seeds of distortion to transform. For instance, if the client is complaining about being overweight, or drinking too much or not taking care of herself….you would address Seed number 4
Specifically, you would help her replace the self-love of a mac and cheese with authentic self-love and transform the LVC programming that feels a “mac and cheese” is how to act out self love.
-or-
If your client picks the wrong kind of men, Seed 3 and/or Seed 1 and 2 could relate. Explore what the deeper issue is related to repetitive past patterns and childhood wounding then explore which has the strongest charge. You might also want to assess if they have a love addiction. (Also, remember to ask the client which she/he responds most to.)
STEP 2:
Once you have selected the seed to transform, help your client identify
a. Where is the LVC consciousness held in the body and
b. What negative belief energetically feeds the Seed. For instance, “I am not enough” or “I don’t deserve better” or “I am bad”.
STEP 3:
With the aid of the Enlightened Observer help your client begin to feel the emotional pain and sensation of the old and open to a new higher sensation of self-love (or the positive opposite) to replace it.
Remember to guide them into both the sensation and the emotion. If their EO isn’t strong enough, try to guide them to help the EO to vibrate high enough to melt the LVC. If that doesn’t work, then bring in the positive alternative HVC energy.
Slowly you want to teach yourself and your client to have the EO and the HVC of self-love so strong in the mind (and surrender so it expands into the body) that it shifts the LVC cellular consciousness of distorted love programming back to HVC.
STEP 4:
Teach your client (and yourself) to work the 5-Steps throughout the next few weeks to keep surrendering to receive the HVC consciousness of healthy love and keep reprogramming any cells holding distorted love programming.
Remember, if the client (or you) spent 10 years with the unhealthy programming, it can take strong aligned intention to keep (and expand the HVC) in the mind/body over the next decade. This is why it is so important to implement the 5-Steps throughout the day. This is because the brain more easily defaults back to a negative feeling or belief than it accepts a positive sense of self, belief or feeling.
Yet, remember, if you (or your client) don’t reprogram the unhealthy patterns, no one else will. It is the willingness to transform the pain in the moment, follow our choice points, and become empowered to consciously create your highest good reality. Create the power within through authentic love and kindness to yourself and within yourself.
Note: Remember the following important clues!
As you are doing any of the two interventions taught this class (teaching your client self-love skills for Stage 4 and the 5 seeds) please explore the following elements so that you know how connected they are to their core being or if they are merging and self-identifying with their child consciousness.
1. What descriptive language are they using to describe the child consciousness.
- Usage of the word I, when they really mean my inner child. Are they using: “I am (emotion)”? If so, they are identifying their sense of self with the emotion. This can be appropriate at times, yet if they are in the process of trying to send their child love, and they are saying I am… then this tells you that you must titrate back and forth and they are not able to hold two places at once. Or, it can also mean that they need you to play the role of “motherly/fatherly” love and you need to possibly ask them to look at you in the eyes, connect to you and then you can send their child love and support.
If this is the case, you then track if their inner child is able to energetically receive the love.
(1) You do this by placing your hand on the area to see if it is receiving. (2) You can also track the energy visually to assess if the child consciousness is receiving.
(3) And even ask them to what extent can their inner child receive the love!
- Usage of the word you when they really mean I. Are they saying, “when you are treated like this in relationship, you then feel …”.
This means that they are de-personalizing the experience. They are generalizing into you all – assuming that everyone feels this way – instead of naming, owning and claiming that this is their personal experience.
ADULT ATTACHMENT PRACTICES TO INTEGRATE INTO YOUR LIFE/PRACTICE
- Eye contact is something to foster…especially when you or your client needs to share something with that brings up the energy of shame.
- In addition, foster eye contact when you are giving the client a compliment or positive resourcing. Assess if they can take it in the good energy and how they take it in. Can the client (you) feel “filled up?”
- Can the client (you) use the intention line to create detachment and work the 5-Steps? This skill is vital to adult attachment challenges because if you collapse into the pain, you become the pain. Your sense-of-self becomes defined by the pain and this means you can’t transform the LVC back into the HVC of Core Being. Fundamentally, adult attachment is the ability to return to Core Being, especially when feeling the pain of abandonment, projection, negative transference, hate and rejection.
- Teach clients (and yourself) the 3-Skills of Adult Consciousness (Chapter 17).
(1) The ability to give to others,
(2) receive from others, and
(3) give love to self, even when you would rather receive from another.
- As we master these skills, especially the last skill “the ability to fill yourself up when you would rather receive love from another” these skills create the internal strength to heal your adult attachment challenges and foster secure attachment within.
- Look at body position. Help support their (your) ability to embody leader energy for it is their inner leader that creates secure attachment patterns.
- Love, comfort and care are the feelings we get from protection.
- Parents with unhealthy attachment issues tend to have children with unhealthy attachment issues
- Traditional allopathic definition of Adult Attachment:
- ¨Bond between two people.
- ¨One is wiser and stronger
- ¨Attachment figure is a haven of safety and secure base for exploration
- ¨Behaviors that bring Adult to attachment figure or attachment figure to Adult
- Me-B Definition of healthy Adult Attachment:
- Connection to Core Being, non-ego based internal safety system, ability to appropriately orient toward harm and safety. This means you don’t go hypo-arrosal (under or non-reactive to danger) when you should be more concerned or hyper-arrosal (over reactive) to a situation that is really safe.
- Develop a healthy relationship that calls upon the client to find their wholeness yet not from ego, from a deeper place of fulfillment. This is the gift we can guide our clients to find, as they are ready. This means at time to speak truths they might not want to hear. Help them stay within their window of tolerance as much as possible.
- As you make a mistake or trigger negative transference, be as open with the client as you can. Own the mistake and address the client’s needs. Their parent may not have done this for them, put you can.
- What are your Attachment challenges? Chances are you will attract a client or a life partner that will trigger them or mirror your own issues. As you transform you challenges in this area (inch worm-bit by bit) you understand at a very deep level how you can better help others.
