Tracking Energy and self connection

COMPETENCIES TO MASTER THIS CLASS

    • Know the basic sequence for clients beginning with the first session and how it typically progresses
    • Be able to help advance a client’s skills for connecting to their body and reading their own energy system.
    • Be able to explain to a client the brain science of transformation and why it is so hard to self-identify as Core Being.
    • Know how to help a client advance their own self regulation skills by teaching them: the 3 rings of healing, core being, and this is me/ this is not me, begin to shifting negative patterns (Step 1: self awareness) and other self-regulation skills
    • Begin to track the energy and consciousness in others.

How are you now a very different person, with a new updated sense of self!

How am I more confident and self-assured?

How am I more differentiated and individualized from those around me…bosses, friends, family, lovers, partners, dates

How am I more able to feel safe and courageous?

How do I love myself more and judge myself less/self-sooth my attachment system such as increased ability to own my value when the monkey mind comes in or when others judge me?

How am I better to my physical body?

How am I better able to create balance within and around me?

How do I know my core being deeper?

THIS IS ME – THIS IS NOT ME!

Use this intervention to help yourself and/or your client self-identify as their Core Being and differentiate from the human aspects that vibrate at a lower level of consciousness that can hold their trauma, false self, negative programming and attachment system’s young reactivity.

In essence, our journey here on earth is to learn how to self-identify as our spiritual wholeness (I call it the Core Being) so we can help our human raise his or her vibration back to the level of our Core Being.

Ideally, before you teach this intervention, you should have already taught them how to connect to Core Being and their Intention Line. And, it is very powerful to combine the “This is me, this is not me” intervention with teaching them the Core Being and Intention Line!

Table version

Step 1:
Do the balancing sequence of awakening Core Being. During this, notice where your client is resonating HVC and where they are holding LVC.

Step 2:
Ask your client to feel the emotion and sensation of their Core Being as the yin version of their wholeness…invite them to feel it in their mind and body as you resonate with your hands where there is HVC. Repeat this multiple times depending upon how they are resourced. Then ask them to also feel the energy of the intention line in their mind (power) and body as the yang verion of their wholeness. Repeat this multiple times depending upon how they are resourced.

Step 3:
Now place your hand on LVC, if they are at least Stage 4, ask them to notice where the LVC of their ego/false self/negative programming/core distortion is located. Ask them to say this is not me, this is my human that I am here to heal.

Step 4:
Now, if they are at least stage 4, invite them to feel the emotion and sensation of the LVC from their enlightened observer. Don’t ask them to linger there, just feel it and move on. If during this process the LVC transforms to HVC, help the client notice this transformation process.

If they are not at least Stage 4, then just ask them to feel the sensation of the LVC and invite them to identify in the mind (if it is not too difficult) what the LVC might be. For intance, do they imaging it sad, mad, hopeless, grief…? If during this process the LVC transforms to HVC, help the client notice this transformation process.

Step 5:
With your hands moving through the body, mark the specific areas that have HVC and LVC. Invite them to scan with you through the body a few more times (as needed) and have them simply label, “this is me for the HVC, this is not me for the LVC!” If while doing this, the LVC transforms to HVC and/or the HVC gets stronger, help the client notice this has happened.

Step 6: As homework, invite them to practice this on their own. Also, if any of the LVC transformed to HVC, discuss with your client why that may happen. Help them understand the transformation process.

Ideally, before you teach this intervention, you should have already taught them how to connect to Core Being and their Intention Line. If you haven’t already, invite them to practice feeling Core Being and the Intention Line as their positive yin/yang wholeness.

Client Sitting in Chair Version

Step 1:

Help your client expand their field and connect to their body. You can guide them through the Body Connecting Sequence and then have them connect to their Intention Line and Core Being. As you help them do this, notice where your client is resonating HVC and where they are holding LVC.

Step 2:

Depending upon your client’s skills and where they are in the 10 Stages, ask them to feel the emotion and sensation of their Core Being in their mind and body. For instance, where the HVC is located, ask your client to feel it, and self-identify as the HVC and if they can feel both the emotion and sensation of the HVC that is ideal. If they cannot, help them at least feel the sensation of it – tingles and flows.

Repeat this multiple times depending upon how they are resourced.

Step 3:

As they scan through the body again, if they are at least Stage 4, ask them to notice where the LVC of their ego/false self/negative programming/core distortion is located. Invite them to feel the emotion and sensation of the LVC from their enlightened observer. Don’t ask them to linger there, just feel it and move on. As they do this, ask them to say this is not me – it is my human. This negative LVC emotion/sensation is whom I am here to heal.

Often times, simply feeling a negative emotion from the inner knowing it is the false self, the LVC can transform back to HVC. If this happens, support the client in recognizing this fact as it will help other areas holding LVC to transform as well.

If they are not at least Stage 4, then just ask them to feel the sensation of the LVC and invite them to identify in the mind (if it is not too difficult) what the LVC might be. For instance, do they imaging it sad, mad, hopeless, grief…?

Don’t ask them to linger there, just feel it and move on. As they do this, ask them to say this is not me – it is my human. This negative LVC emotion/sensation is whom I am here to heal. If the LVC transforms to HVC, help them recognize it.

Step 4:
Scan through the body a few more times (from the top of the head downward as is outlined in the Body Connecting Sequence) and have them simply label, “this is me, this is not me!” Again, if during this process more LVC transforms and/or if the HVC gets much stronger, invite your client to notice this.

Step 5:
As homework, invite them to practice this on their own.

CLAIM YOUR BEGINNERS MIND By Returning to the Void

(Touch and no-touch intervention)

As you return to the void, let go of your old sense of self and joyfully embrace the emptiness of the blank slate that exists just before the new sense of self comes in…this is when you re-awaken your beginner’s mind. This is also when you let your ego die and dissolve so it’s hold over you lessens.

Can you remember an incident, when your beginners mind was so new that you were able to open to spiritual experiences at such a profound level that you spent the next few years trying to repeat them?

When I was in Nepal, before I ever had even a concept of that energy work existed, I was full on with my beginner’s mind. I remember my Tai Massage teacher telling me about a type of “massage” where you didn’t even have to touch the body to foster healing in the client.

I was dismayed, and said to my friend, “How is that possible? I just don’t understand!”

A few weeks later, I experience by first Reiki Initiation. I didn’t know how to defend against the immense energy flow because I didn’t know it existed. As he opened my crown chakra with the Reiki initiation symbols, I felt this thunderous waterfall of energy move through my whole central channel.

Every chakra opened, my central channel widened and expanded. I experienced all the trauma of my wounded child, I felt the feelings of my fathers abuse expand through my pelvis and first chakra, I cried, really sobbed.

I felt both vindicated, excited and amazed at all these feelings, sensations and trapped consciousness that I was able to finally feel and release.

I then spent the rest of my visit to Nepal, and the next two years “trying” to re-experience my beginner’s mind again. But too late, my defenses were now awake; unconsciously protecting me from feeling the trapped pain that once so easily flowed for release.

The following meditation, and/or hands-on touch intervention is to help you reawaken your beginner’s mind. The most difficult aspect of this skill to master is helping yourself and/or your client enter the painful center of your void, located in the Core Being Vortex.

Every time we enter the void, we must release our old sense of self and open to the emptiness of not knowing who or what we are. This process of consciously inviting the void to rise to the surface, allows us to forget our current concept of self and thus awaken to something unknown to move to the foreground. The following steps are design to support this process.

Step 1: Clear and balance your field or if doing table work, do the basic Balancing and Charge sequence you learned in class.

Step 2: Charge the emotional levels of the field (2 and 4) in both you and your client by placing one hand on their 2nd chakra and one on their 3rd chakra. This will open the void of pain located within the client’s core being vortex. (Hint, if you cannot feel the emotion held there, then you and your client are somehow in defense from feeling it.)

Step 3: Deeply connect and feel the pain held in void. To assist your client in surrendering into the pain, dialog with them to help them awaken to what is held there. Read the emotion or belief, and let the consciousness guide you so you know exactly what to say. For instance, “I see a child holding a broken tea cup-was it your father that threw it across the room?” Sense into the deepest emotional charge and use words or physical movements (ground it through the lower body with a yoga block or other physical movement) to invoke your client’s deep connection to the core wounding held there.

Step 4: Stay present with the depth of pain, surrender deeper contact with it. Stay present so that your Enlightened Observer and Core Being vibrates at a higher frequency than the pain in your client (or yourself if you are doing this on you.)

NOTE: The deeper you melt into it, but stay connected to your wholeness, the deeper the pain with be experienced by your client. If you disconnect, your client will disconnect from the pain as well and the depth of the healing will be lessened.

Step 5: Stay strong, stay present and stay deeply connected. You should feel the energy throughout your front and back expand. You should feel your own void open and expand. As you feel your void of pain, yet don’t get lost in it, your client will feel theirs even more. Feel yours at the same time as feeling theirs. This step is crucial. Surrender to both with so much connection to the HVC of your core being and enlightened observer that you melt away both of yours and reawaken the beginner’s mind!

This is a very advanced skill level intervention. It mandates your container to be very strong so that you can surrender to feeling both your client’s pain as well as your pain. Ideally, at this point, you will have visited the depth of your pain often enough from the HVC of your Enlightened Observer that you will be skilled enough to guide your client in this deep and profound manner. If not, practice, practice, practice and be kind to yourself as you grow this ability. It will change your life as much as your clients! Get the love and support you need to inchworm back to your beginner’s mind and to help your client do the same!
