1

Your sense of self creates your reality.

Awareness
“Am I living from my bigger essence or my smaller/wounded self right now?”
“What reality am I actively creating here?”

Explorer’s Mind
The internal detective who looks for clues about the present moment, without defensiveness or self-judgement.

2

Your pain is just energy, not a litmus test of your value.

Detachment
“What emotional pain am I overidentified with right now?”
“How might I differentiate/individuate from this pain until it runs its course?”

Intention Line
The yang, magnetic frequency of clarity, differentiation, and manifestation –– anchoring your power into the physical body, connecting spiritual and earth planes.

3

Unwanted patterns repeat if you don’t identify their roots.

Ownership
“What must I name and claim if I want different results in my life?”
“What’s the deep root of this pain I’ll need to explore?”
“Where in the body/energy system is it held?”

Choice Point
Opportunities to prevent old patterns from resurfacing –– often accomplished by leaning into pain once habitually avoided, in order to gain wisdom, healing and change.

4

Life happens for you, not to you.

Insight
“What kind of healing does the deep wound need?”
“How might this wisdom help me heal my past and present?”

Enlightened Observer
Spiritual “secure attachment” support. The ever present, loving, and wise frequency, capable of encouraging you and helping you find meaning. Also called Source, God, etc.

5

You have a Core Being, a bigger essence, that is your true self.

Transformation
“What unhelpful energies, beliefs, or emotions need an upgrade?”
“What aspect(s) of my higher self do I reclaim and let incarnate into physical form?”

Core Being
The yin, expansive, blissful frequency of your deeper truth. Also called higher self, true essence, spiritual wholeness, etc.
