HOMEWORK FORM FOR WRITING UP Me-B GUIDE SESSIONS

A. Presence your client’s Character Structures Qualities in this session.  Is this how they usually present?  If not, what Character Structures do they usually present?  Briefly list what your challenges/gifts are in dealing with this character structure.

B. Intentionality
When was Aligned Intentionality used during the session and when did negative intentionality present a challenge to you.  What happened to your Intention Line during the intervention. Could you track the client’s Intention Line? Explain.

C. Image/Belief
Did any of you and your client’s negative images or beliefs present themselves and how did you shift yourself back to the unitive state?  Could you sense where it was held in the body/energy system? Explain. How did you help the client return to their Core Being? What negative believes came up for you? Explain?

Given that emotions and life challenges are energy you can use as a portal to return to Core Being, – how was this concept understood by your client? How was ithis concept facilitated in you?  How did you help your client with this? For instance, could you sense where it was held in the body/energy system?  Could you help the client bring awareness to this area and transform the LVC into HVC and see it as energy and not as a litmus test on their value? Also, and most importantly – how did you see your negative emotions as energy and not a litmus test on your own inner value?

E. Enlightened Observer
Could you track your Enlightened Observer’s (EO) HVC?  Could you track the client’s EO? Explain where it presented in the Mind, Energy and Body Systems.  Who is the EO your you? Who is the EO for your client? How was it to teach the EO to your client? How do you know it is energy and not your ego or your habituated attachment pattern programming?  As you kow, the EO is unconditional kindness, compassion and love. What lessons did your EO teach you? What lessons did your EO teach your client?

F. Ego: positive, negative, false self, attachment system  
What challenges or successes were present in this area? Where was it held in the body and the energy field.  Specifically look at how your unsupportive attachment system activates your ego and false self. Explain your ability to sense and track it energetically.

G. Personality Level:
                                Defenses, Public Personality and Core Distortion, Separated Self

Describe when your public personality, core distortion or defenses became triggered.  What was the trigger and how did you handle the situation.  Also describe how it presented in the body and energetically (both you and your client).

H. Core Being
How did your Core Being and the Core Being of your client show up during the session and what did you learn?

I. Listening/Contact
What were your gifts and challenges and did you notice what triggered you out of contact and what brought you back into contact.  Explain.

J. Rhythm of the Energy
When did you support the rhythm of energy and when did you or your client slow or change the rhythm. What worked and what would you have done differently next time?

K. 5 Steps/Skills/Laws and 3-Rings of Healing/Summarize briefly how the 5 Skills/Steps/Laws supported you during the session and how you might have taught them to your client.
How did you use them to self-regulate back to Core Being during the session? Did your client use them (why/why not)?

L. Transference/Counter Transference
What transference/counter transference issues emerged and how did you handle them?

M. Boundaries
What role did being aware of the boundaries play?  Does your client/you have any boundary issues and how did you handle it?

N. Let Go-Let Flow 
Explain how surrender (not efforting) aided in the Me-B Guide session and what were you and/or your client’s challenges in this area?  How did you handle it?

O. Cognitive Interactions
Did you talk too much, just right?  Did you let your guides or the client’s guides lead the conversation?  Did your personality ever take over?  Could you read the words to say from the Client’s Field?  Explain.

P.   Assess their chakras, levels of the field, Intention Dimension and Core Being. (Not applicable until Class 4)
On a scale from 0-10 How connected are they to Core Being.   Briefly describe their field.  (Structured/not; which chakras were their strongest/weakest; other important information to assess.)  What are your gifts/challenges in this area?  What support do you need or can you give others in mastering this skill?
