BRAND QUALITY AND PROTECTION
As the agreement for me to teach you, you signed the below agreement. This is a reminder. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.
You can teach your clients but you are not being trained to teach this work out in the world. This means you cannot go out and market an integrative approach without signing a lease agreement with me. I do this so my work isn’t diluted or spun off and that the quality of my brand and integrative approach is protected.
Before graduation, and as a condition of graduation, you will have to sign a more formal agreement.
TEACHING/CLASS MATERIAL: You are being trained to guide yourself and clients in this work but you are not trained to teach this work. As a result of not being trained to teach, you agree NOT to teach any of the class material, or any similar work, philosophy, and/or integrated mind, energy body and/or spirit program. You also can’t market an integrative approach without giving credit to the Mind Energy Body School of Transformation. The only exception to this rule is that you complete a written and signed License Agreement with Carolyn Bucey Eberle, Founder.
